I have worked in children’s social care for over 30 years and have always been driven by a deep commitment to ensuring that every child feels safe, valued, and supported. Over the years, I’ve held a variety of roles including Social Worker, Team Manager, Senior Manager, Reviewing Officer, and Child Protection Conference Chair. My experience in fostering, including time as a Registered Manager, strengthened my belief in the power of stable, nurturing homes to transform lives. Inspired by this passion, I founded Quality Fostering, an Independent Fostering Agency built on the values of compassion, integrity, and high-quality care. As Managing Director, I remain dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for children and the families who care for them.
